Southwest Truck Driver Training in Phoenix is the flagship campus of our student-focused, independent, family-owned driving school. Phoenix Campus Driving Programs

At our Phoenix campus, we offer the following truck driving training programs:

Class A CDL theory (classroom training) and behind-the-wheel (BTW) training on the range and on the road
Class B CDL theory (classroom training) and behind-the-wheel (BTW) training on the range and on the road
Endorsement theory and behind-the-wheel training

At our Phoenix location, we also offer CDL refresher courses and RV driver instruction.

About Our Phoenix Facility

When you walk into the building at our Phoenix campus, you'll immediately see our ethos printed on the door: We believe that our school centers around you, the student.

Exploring further, you'll find state-of-the-art classrooms, sound systems, and equipment as well as a well-appointed range for practicing your new skills.

Our trucks are low-mileage full sleeper vehicles with 53-foot trailers. This is likely the type you'll get when you start your career. We upgrade our trucks frequently and customize them for safe, comfortable small-group learning right in the vehicles.

Our Phoenix-based instructors are state-certified examiners with at least three years of over-the-road experience. Most have five or more years under their belts.

SOUTHWEST TRUCK DRIVER TRAINING CAREER SUPPORT

We'll be by your side when it's time to look for work. Because we're not owned by a trucking company, you can shop your talents to different employers.

We invite some of the most respected companies to recruit at our Phoenix trucking school. Whether you are interested in OTR jobs, regional driving, local work, or other driving jobs, we can refer you to companies needing those drivers.

In conjunction with our Tucson school, we host up to six job fairs yearly.

Our campus has an excellent record of success, with hundreds of students graduating yearly. About 94% of our students earn a license and find a job right after training, helped by our lifetime job placement services.
