Our Driver Training Programs
The Class A Commercial Driver License program is designed to provide each student with a basic knowledge of the requirements for a Class A CDL. In our Class AÂ CDL program, we put you behind the wheel to give you enough driving time to gain the hands-on skills you need to succeed and prepare you for a trucking career.
The Class B Commercial Driver License program is designed for individuals who want to pursue a trucking career operating commercial vehicles such as cement mixers, delivery trucks, dump trucks or buses. As a graduate of this program, you’ll have gained the knowledge you need to test for — and pass — the Class B CDL with the Air Brakes endorsement.
If you’re looking to get back on the road with confidence, here’s a program that will help you shift your trucking career back into high gear. Designed for drivers with prior driving experience within the last 2-3 years, this program will reintroduce you to the industry with hands-on drive-time instruction and job placement assistance upon graduation.
From pre-trip inspections to tips for city and freeway driving, this specialized program gives those outside the trucking industry the skills they need to safely and successfully drive large recreational vehicles. Graduates of the program will receive a Southwest Recreational Vehicle Training Certificate of Attendance, which is accepted by most insurance companies and could earn holders a break on insurance rates.
